This notice describes information collected through the Fieldmark Web corporate website.

Information you share

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, business name, email, project type, and message, plus a phone number and website if you choose to provide them. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use these details to review your inquiry, respond to you, and discuss a potential project. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored on our hosting infrastructure for review by Fieldmark Web. Hosting providers process this information to operate the site. When inquiry notifications are enabled, we also send your submitted details to our private Slack workspace so we can review and respond to your request. Slack processes and stores those details as our communications provider. Inquiry records are not publicly accessible through the website. We keep information as needed to manage the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Technical information

The server temporarily uses connection IP addresses to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider may maintain operational and security logs. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address when your browser loads them.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, use our inquiry form and identify your request. We may ask for information to verify that the request relates to your own details. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
